“It is my first time here and I’ve seen many pictures and heard a lot about the race but it really surpasses everything I saw. The spectators are just fantastic!”
Ida Nilsson
This highly competitive race, capped at 600 participants, was won by Sweden’s Ida Nilsson, just two weeks after her Transvulcania victory. She ran a strong race, initially led by super-champ Laura Orgué, who was happy to take second. Men’s winner Rémi Bonnet lead from start to finish, pushed hard by Stian Angermund-Vik, another perfectly happy second.
